Eastwinds Special Preview
@ Camelot Outdoor Cinema (March 11, 2015) was a great success! We thoroughly enjoyed playing with our old friend Esfandiar Shahmir again, who enriched us with his masterful expressions on nay and daf, both being traditional Persian instruments.
The audience was lively and joyful when hearing our unorthodox set of instruments and compositions. This time we brought out a bit more the individuality of each instruments, as well as still dwelling into the conversation and play of teamwork. What a joy!
The music had a good emphasis on traditionalism of music from Persia, Japan and Estonia, rhythmic exploration and our never-gets-old trademark - impro!

Camelot Outdoor Cinema featured:

Esfadniar Shahmir (Esi) on ney and daf
